Nevada corporations are sheltered by some of the best protective laws in the nation. Nevada is a pro-business state that has a strong belief in maintaining the “corporate veil.” This veil basically protects Nevada corporations from having to report important and sensitive pieces of information to the state or I.R.S. S Corporations

S Corporations

S corporations are similar to limited liability companies in that they both offer their owners limited liability protection, in addition to being pass-through tax entities. This basically means that any income or loss generated by the company can be placed on the income tax return of the owners, thus avoiding double taxation.
