The state of Nevada and the I.R.S. have a special relationship that is quite different from the one existing in other states. Nevada taxes, or the lack of them, is one of the primary reasons so many companies are now incorporating in the state. In a strong effort to attract more business to the state, Nevada has no corporate tax, franchise tax or income tax on corporate shares.
